Oops. I'm supposed to be making frog mugs right now. : )

Just a little creative diversion...

How about this Birdfeeder?
First we'll see how the birds like it.

We'll test it out on our terrace and let you all know...

Sicilia inspirations

In March Bernie and I returned to Sciacca a small port city in Sicilia, Italia known for its ceramics, fresh seafood and carnevale.

You can follow our adventures on our blog at Use the "Newer Post" link at the bottom of each page to go to the next page in order of appearance.

This time there was a full course of Carnevale!

We also had a wonderful time meeting, visiting and touring around with our Sicilian famiglia.

Bernie's grandfather was born in Cianciana Sicilia. This photo is of his cousins and aunt and uncle. They were so very welcoming, loving and generous to us.

And of course there was pottery...

I'll be adding some links soon to pages with some of the ceramics we saw during our trip. There are so many ceramic artists in Sicilia! From the ancient Greeks to the  Romans and from the traditional to the ultra modern.
More to come...

Fun in class!

Frog Mugs are Everywhere: Queensland Australia

Subject: Frog mug.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks for a truely magical piece of pottery.

I came across your frog mugs while hunting on the net for a new coffee cup. My sister ordered and shipped it for me and your lovely piece of pottery now resides in sunny Queensland Australia.

Thank You!

Thanks so much Cyndi!

Visit my Frog Mugs page at for more information and a little the history of how I came to create these jumping frog handle mugs.
